"Sweet Shop, Chatei [Hayama] we will welcome you with sweetness using homemade agar made with Amakusa from Hayama, and homemade tsuyu tea soba using Hitachi kombu and the finest bonito dishes luxuriously. At Hayama, a tea house called "Hayama", a tea house of the pass that weaves in the four seasons, you can enjoy the mountains withering in winter and the spring when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom from the inside, and you can taste a healthy menu that values the ingredients of tea.
