School Age Program - Scott AFB

The Scott AFB School Age Program at the Youth Center has immediate openings for youth attending school in the Mascoutah School District. Children ages 5-12 are picked up or bussed to the Youth Center before and after school and full days. The program is accredited by the Council on Accreditation and provides homework help, physical activities and other high-yield learning in a hands-on environment where children can have fun, build relationships and learn. Families wanting to register for this care for the school year will need to do the following;

Complete and sign an AF Form 1181 (AF Youth Flight Program Patron Registration) for each child.

Parents must verify their income on DD Form 2652 by providing an LES and pay statements.

Complete USDA Eligibility Form and Registration Form (2 separate forms).

Complete Special Needs paperwork, if applicable (Child will not be accepted into program without these forms. Forms must be approved by Flight Medical Advisory Board).

Fees are based on family income. All forms needed for registration will be provided. Registration packets will be accepted Monday thru Friday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
