The general public is welcome to use Library resources in-house. To check out library materials, a person must be active duty, reserve, retired military, a family member of active duty, reserve, or retired military, or a Quantico civilian Federal employee. An official DoD identification card is required at the time of registration. Government contractors require written permission from their CORs stating the necessity of material to accomplish a task in order to check out items. Archives & Special Collections materials may not be checked out.
