Visitors to Parris Island should check in at the Douglas Visitors' Center before going anywhere else on the island. The Marines can give you a map of key locations around the island and let you know the best places to see during your visit. The visitors' center operates throughout the work week and opens early on graduation and family days.

The center is located on the left side of Boulevard de France approximately 350 yards past the parade deck.
