Eielson AFB is home to the 354th Fighter Wing and the 168th Air Refueling Wing (ANG). OL-A is a contracted Air Terminal Ground Handling Service (ATGHS) operation. We are located in Alaska's interior 25 miles south east of Fairbanks, near North Pole, Alaska. Elmendorf AFB is located 380 miles to our south. We're only 120 miles south of the Arctic Circle, so winter clothing is a necessity from October through March. The Passenger Terminal is located inside the Joint Mobility Complex (JMC).

Eielson AFB does not have regularly scheduled flights. Flights that originate or transit Eielson are random, with destinations too numerous to predict in advance. TSA rules and regulations apply to all passengers. Baggage limitations are based upon aircraft type. Please contact the Passenger Terminal with questions prior to traveling.
