Gold Rush Inn

The Goldrush Inn is the Air Force Inns lodging operation for Eielson AFB, Alaska.  It is located approximately 9 miles from the city of North Pole and approximately 21 miles from Fairbanks, Alaska’s 2nd largest city. The Goldrush Inn offers 413 Visiting Quarter rooms, 39 three-bedroom TLFs and 12 Business Suites. All rooms are non-smoking.

The Goldrush is within minutes of the world renowned Santa Claus House, the Museum of the North, several legs of the Alaska Pipeline and Pioneer Park, home to the world famous “Salmon Bake”. For the outdoorsman, you are 2 1/2 hours from Denali National Park, home to the tallest peak in North America.

The Goldrush Inn front desk is located in 540 North Street, Building 2270, on the corner of Central Avenue and North Street. All buildings are located within walking distance to the Dining Facility, Yukon Club, Shopette, Base Exchange, and Commissary. All Goldrush Inn facilities are equipped with laundry facilities and ice machines. The Goldrush Inn main building provides a Business Center adjacent to the main lobby, a mini gym available to all guests is located on the 2nd floor, located on the 3rd is an up to date state of the art Conference Room set up with computer, projector supported by multi-screen viewing.
