Primary Care at the 60th Medical Group - Travis Air Force Base consists of Family Health, Family Medicine Residency, Flight Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatric. For more information, please visit the individual health services.

Family Health

The Family Health Clinic at David Grant Medical Center is the largest clinic in the hospital with more than 13,000 empaneled adult beneficiaries. The Family Health Clinic follows the Patient-Centered Medical Home guidelines and structure. Their skilled team of providers, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff are trained and equipped to help you with your primary care needs. Their core focus is maintaining the readiness status of our active-duty members and their dependents.

Family Medicine Residency

The Family Medicine Clinic at David Grant Medical Center is a large clinic that serves more than 10,000 impaneled beneficiaries, providing a broad spectrum of health care to the entire family. This includes prenatal care, obstetrical services, pediatric, adolescent, and adult medicine, and geriatrics. This Clinic also runs a 3-year clinical residency program for Family Medicine doctors.

Flight Medicine

The Flight Medicine Clinic encompasses the Flight and Operational Medicine Clinic, Base Operational Medicine Cell (BOMC), and the Medical Standards Management Element (MSME). The Clinic provides medical and specialty services to members on fly status.

Internal Medicine

David Grant Medical Center’s Internal Medicine Clinic provides care for active duty, family members, and retirees. Internal medicine is the medical specialty dealing with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases. The Clinic provides services in Diabetes Education, Behavior Health, Rheumatology, Neurology, Endocrinology, and Infectious Diseases.

Pediatric

We care for infants to teenagers and assist families in obtaining an appropriate level of care and resources. We provide risk factor counseling and preventive services, prioritize identified risk factors and refer patients to other prevention programs as appropriate. Our immunization technicians provide needed vaccinations to patients.
