Primary Care

Flight Medicine

To schedule an acute, routine, wellness, or flight physical, please call our clinic at the number listed above. If you need to schedule an occupational health exam, initial base clearance, or initial flying class physical, please call the Patient Advocate. All flyers treated by an out-of-clinic doctor must be reviewed by a flight surgeon within 24 hours. Please notify us of any off-base care received by phone or hand carry your medical notes to the front desk staff.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Return to fly walk-in hours: Monday through Friday, 7:45 to 8:45 a.m.

Internal Medicine

Internal Medicine clinic is a referral-only clinic open to active duty, retirees, beneficiaries, and dependents.

Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• We conduct readiness training on the second Thursday of each month starting at 12 p.m. All duty hours are subject to change for mission requirements.

Public Health

We offer the following services: medical clearances for deployment, pre-and post-deployment health assessments, preventive health assessments, medical intelligence, travel medicine; occupational health such as fetal protection, medical employee health program, occupational health shop education, audiograms; communicable disease, such as infectious disease surveillance and control, medical entomology; food safety, such as food handler training, food facility sanitation, food inspection; and public facility sanitation, such as public facility and childcare facility sanitation.
