Welcome to the Scott AFB Exchange! Scott Air Force Base is home to the 375th Air Mobility Wing, the 618th AOC (TACC), the 18th Air Force, Air Mobility Command, and the United States Transportation Command. The Scott AFB Exchange is located in St. Clair County, near Belleville, Illinois, approximately 20 miles east of St. Louis. The Scott AFB Exchange also provides retail support for the Camp Lincoln Army National Guard, located in Springfield, Illinois.
