The NAS Kingsville Pass and Tag office offer vehicle pass and vehicle registration Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. All personnel, military and civilian, must be able to produce a valid driver's license, registration, and proof of vehicle insurance in order to be allowed to drive on board the air station. Military and civilian employees must present this information prior to obtaining a base pass, as well.

The Pass and Tag and DEERS office also issues Identification Cards for military personnel and their dependents, civilian employees, retirees, and reservists living in the Kingsville area. Military and dependent IDs and DEERS enrollment are accomplished from 7 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Monday through Friday. Civilian IDs are issued from 7 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Monday through Friday.
