• You must call the resort at 423-487-2263 during business hours ( Saturday until 7 PM) to arrange after hour check in procedure. If you do not call or arrive at the resort prior to 7:00PM on Saturday night you will NOT be able to check in until Monday morning
• Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
• Resort does not offer Sunday check-in nor does it have 24 hour check in desk.
