Unit Info

One-bedroom units sleep up to four, and include 1 three-quarter bath, 1 king bed and 1 double-sleep sofa. All units are air conditioned and include a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, telephone, and a safe.

Other Information:

• Studio US$7.50/day, 1Bedroom US$10.00/day, 2bedroom US$12.50/day and 3bedroom US$15.00/day. All units are non smoking.
• units will have a block on their account but this is not a maintenance fee block.Please refer them back to the Caravanserai resort for assistance.The resort does not have an international line and any calls made from the resort will be charged to the RCI inbound.
• There is construction ongoing through 2015 however should not impact vacation experience.Units numbers that start with a K,L,M, and some D and E units are not open yet. Members with these units types will not be able to make Weeks or Point reservations. Members that own in the closed
• This resort has 5 floors. **Effective 1/28/2014 the elevators are down at this resort.The management at this time does not know when the elevators will be fixed.*** There is a $200.00 security deposit required at check in and in addition there is a $50 Government tax as well as daily surcharge for water and electricity.
