From I-95, take the International Speedway Boulevard (Highway 92) East exit. Continue on Highway 92/ISB for a couple of miles and turn left at Clyde Morris Boulevard. (Clyde Morris Boulevard is the first stop light past K-mart on your left.) Go to the third light and take a left onto Dunn Avenue. Drive west to National Health Care Drive. The clinic is the first building on the right.

Procedures or specialty care not provided by this clinic are referred to the Orlando VA Medical Center. Veterans who are diabetic are able to access timely eye screening for retinopathy via a Teleretinal screening program. A registered dietitian in Daytona Beach provides a monthly group education session – Hypertension/Lipid for veterans. Telehealth is also available.
