Our outpatient clinic is located in Bloomington, Indiana at 455 South Landmark Avenue, Bloomington, Indiana 47403 serving our Veterans of Monroe County and surrounding areas.
Open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The clinic is closed federal holidays.
The clinic does not offer emergency or inpatient services.

Phlebotomy services 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
General Radiology
Primary Care
Tele-health
Orthotics
Veterans can be registered on-site and appointments scheduled. Patients must be assigned to the Bloomington CBOC to receive primary care services.
The Veterans Transportation Network can help transport ambulatory Veteran patients that have no other means of transportation to the VA medical center in Indianapolis – you can get more information about transportation from the VTN office, (317) 988-2472
