Driving Directions:
From Interstate 90 – Exit 57 West Boulevard to Omaha Street. Turn left for 2 blocks to Mount Rushmore Road (US 16). Turn right on Mount Rushmore and go north 1.4 miles to Cathedral Drive. Follow Cathedral Drive 0.3 miles and turn right on 5th Street for 0.6 miles. The clinic is located on the right side of the street at 3525 5th Street. Parking is free on premises.
