Both primary medical and mental health services are available at the CBOCs and PCTOCs. Those Veterans in need of services not available at a particular CBOC are either referred to the Sheridan VAMC, another VA facility with in VISN19, or are scheduled locally for purchased care within the local community. For emergency care, all CBOCs/PCTOCs activate the local 911 system and Veterans are taken to the local medical facility.
Clinic hours will be Monday through Wednesday 8am-4:30pm and Thursday 8am-2:30pm Closed Friday and Holidays.
