Tubigon is a 1st municipal income class municipality and seaport in the province of Bohol, Philippines, at 51 kilometres (32 mi) from Tagbilaran. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 45,893.[4] In the 2016 electoral roll, it had 26,394 registered voters.[3]
Tubigon is well known for its "lambay" crabs.
It is the nearest seaport in Bohol to Cebu, providing many daily ferry round-trips to Cebu City. It has recently expanded its seaport to accommodate additional sea traffic.
