Main Pharmacy located in Building 676, first floor. Full service pharmacy that processes new computer generated prescriptions entered by any MTF provider on Oahu, new written and electronic prescriptions for formulary medications from civilian providers outside of Schofield Barracks, Self-Care medications, and prescription transfer requests (please allow up to 3 business days to have these completed) for all eligible beneficiaries. Same day medication refill service is also available for patients.
