Our mission is to deliver dynamic human resource services and provide support to sustain readiness of military personnel, Family members and commanders of the greater Pacific Area. Offices include the Administrative Services Division (ASD), Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP), Army Continuing Education System (ACES), Military Personnel Division (MPD), and Soldier for Life-Transition Assistance Program (SFL-TAP).
