Responsible for overall management of DPW, including operation functions such as liaison with military units and directorates, customer relations and feedback, quality management, strategic planning; provide administrative support for DPW employees; and monitor the DPW Most Efficient Organization’s performance of the Performance Work Statement, maintain a Quality Assurance Surveillance Program, ensure the standards are implemented and enforced, and track changes to the PWS.
