he Plans & Operations Division oversees the 24/7 Installation Operations Center, or IOC, and the on-call Emergency Operations Center, or EOC, used during exercises and real world emergencies. They manage the Mobilization Force Generating Installation at Area X, Schofield Barracks, and they provide audio visual support to ceremonies and special events. They also review/update emergency response plans and they plan/organize/conduct table top exercises and full scale exercises.
