Serves as the installation subject matter expert (SME) for youth education/school transition issues. Inform and advise commanders and parents on student education transition issues. Promote parent involvement in youth education and collaborate with local schools and installation. Coordinate school transition support services, home and school linkages, partners in education (PIE) initiatives and post secondary opportunities.
