The Army Community Service Exceptional Family Member Program (ACS EFMP) assists Service Members who have Family members enrolled in the EFMP through the medical screening process. ACS EFMP provides services, linking families to community resources, coordinate medical services, special events, activities;and advocates for housing and educational support for Exceptional Family Members.
