The Brain Injury Clinic at SBHC provides interdisciplinary evaluation and treatment for concussion/traumatic brain injury. Service members can be self-referred or referred by their PCM, any specialist, case manager, team member, member of the command, or family member. Patients are screened and evaluated and referred to other providers on the team for further evaluation and testing. Our goal is to help Soldiers achieve their highest level of functioning through a comprehensive and integrated program
Hours of operation:
Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri (0700-1600) & Thur (0700-1200/1500-1600) [Closed from 1200-1300 for lunch]
