No contact information was tendered. However the EEO office received an extensive lecture of what should be the requisites for an effective EEO/EO, SHARP, Safety in the workplace programs. The three page narrative outlines numerouse scenarios which covers the spectrum of human interaction. While I agree with the concerns leveled by the customer, I cannot adequatly address all the examples sited. The key to grasp is the term unwelcomed and the contecxt of the event. The EEO office does not meansure assault by PSI, the standard is was the action unwelcomed and was the offender informed of the unwelcomed act.
