Naval Health Clinic Oak Harbor - Family Practice Clinic

The Family Practice Clinic is the ambulatory care clinic of Naval Hospital Oak Harbor. We provide patient centered care to active duty, retirees, and eligible family members who are TRICARE Prime enrollees from newborn to geriatric. These services range from routine visits, health maintenance, Obstetric outpatient services, minor surgical procedures, pediatric counseling, patient education, and services for selected specialty care areas. Urgent and emergent pediatric consultations are available upon direct provider referral. In addition, referrals are also provided for specialty care services not available in the facility.
