Industrial Hygiene (IH) Department provides for the recognition, evaluation, and control of all known occupational health stressors for host and tenant commands aboard Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. Provides a complete range of customer oriented services to ensure a safe and healthy working environment to include (not limited to): IH Comprehensive Surveys, Chemical Exposure Assessments, Noise Exposure Assessments, PPE Assessments, Ergonomics Assessments, Air and Surface Monitoring, Asbestos Fiber Identification, Ventilation Assessments, Indoor Air Quality/Mold Assessments, and Exposure Investigations.
