Blood draws and Specimen collections The Clinical Laboratory Flight is a limited service laboratory performing basic testing within the sub-specialties of Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Microbiology, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, and Serology. Specialized tests, histopathology, and cytology specimens are shipped outside the facility to military and civilian reference laboratories. The Clinical Laboratory Flight provides support to MDG outpatient clinics and eligible beneficiaries. All laboratory tests must be requested by a privileged health care provider.
