Westover ARB - Fitness Center

In March 2010, Mr Rocky Snow, Ret. Marine, started working and boxing with SSgt Louis Delgado, whom he worked with as a youth. When people saw them working together at the Fitness Center, they became interested and asked Mr Snow if he would train them as well. This started the Quality of Life Boxing/Weight Lifting program. This program is for all Military Branches, Civilians and family members. His goal is to promote a healthier life style. If you are interested, come to the Fitness Center starting at 0800, Monday-Thursday or call him at (413) 222-4282. Day and Evening hours are available. We all deserve a better and healthier life. Mr. Snow will help you reach your goal. Start boxing today!
