Eglin AFB - Child Development Center Bldg 2782

Eglin's Child Development Center (CDC) provides fullday, comprehensive child care service to Department of Defense families assigned to Eglin AFB. The service includes full-day care for children 6 weeks to 5 years of age. Hourly drop-in care is available from 6 am to 6 pm for ages 6 months to 3 years at the CDC (882-5519) and ages 3 to 5 years at the CDC School Age building adjacent to the Youth Center (882-8291). Parents must call for space availability. Our CDC is Department of Defense Certified and is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). US Department of Agriculture well balanced, nutritional meals are provided at no extra cost.

The CDC is located on Boatner Road near Cherokee Elementary School.
