Eglin AFB - Optometry

Service is available to active duty, retired and family members between the ages of eight and 64. Patients must be enrolled to the 96th Medical Group for care. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. To ensure maximum benefit from your appointment, please bring the following items to all appointments: identification card; current glasses and sunglasses, just in case your eyes are dilated; and most recent contact lens prescription or boxes.
