Eglin AFB - Ophthalmology

Ophthalmology is currently seeing active duty personnel, retirees and dependents. All patients require a referral from their primary care manager or off base provider prior to being seen at the ophthalmology clinic. Patients should arrive 15 minutes early for their appointments; bring a current list of medication, all eye drops and a current pair of glasses and contact lenses. Patients are encouraged to schedule an annual-biannual eye exam or diabetic exam. Patients being seen for the first time in the clinic should expect to be dilated and should bring a pair of dark sunglasses.
