With easy access to Bus service, we are conveniently located behind the University of Hawaii Honolulu Community College – across from Costco, near Home Depot and Best Buy – and only walking distance away from Hawaii Pacific University. Airport or local area pick-up service to a property is also available for $35 per person.

Rental Requirements:

•     Move-in and set up fee $75

•     Mandatory Credit Check

•     Mandatory Background Check

•     Refundable deposit equal to one month's rent.

•     One-time common area maintenance fee $150 will be charged at the end of the lease term.
