Employment Assistance Program – Eielson AFB

Employment and career assistance supports active military, civilians and family members in achieving short and long-term employment, by referring for education/training and obtaining career goals in the private and public sectors. The A&FRC provides employment skills counseling to prepare for portable careers in the private and public sectors. Services also include resources for self-employment, small business, and entrepreneurial efforts. Resume Workshops and Interview Skills Classes are regularly held, and we accept sign ups prior to the class.

Two Seasons Dining Facility – Eielson AFB

The Two Seasons DFAC is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and midnight meal 365 days a year at Eielson AFB. The Chow Hall also offers a carry out service seven days a week. A variety of sandwiches are offered at all times with chips, yogurts, fruits, desserts, and beverages to compliment your to-go meal.

Arctic Nite Strike Zone Café – Eielson AFB

The Arctic Nite Strike Zone Café is located in the Arctic Nite Lanes Bowling Center and is a great place to eat, even if you’re not bowling. Breakfast is served Monday-Saturday. Daily lunch specials are offered during the week, and the regular menu offers a variety of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, and more for lunch and dinner. You can also call ahead for to-go orders.

Royal Camel Farm

The Royal Camel Farm on the outskirts of Manama was founded by the late Sheikh Mohammed Bin Salman Al Khalifa. It’s a hobby farm, meaning the animals aren’t raised for racing or for their meat, and there are hundreds of camels living here, all owned by the royal family. The Royal Camel Farm is not widely advertised as a tourist attraction. However, it’s open for free to the public every day until sunset.
