Barksdale AFB - Laboratory

We are a limited service, College of American Pathologists accredited laboratory. For testing not performed in-house, samples are collected and sent to either a military or civilian reference laboratory for testing. Phlebotomy is performed on a walk-in basis. Civilian providers may request laboratory testing by providing their patients with a hand-written order that includes: patient name and date of birth, testing required and ordering provider information, signature and fax number.
