Boliney, officially the Municipality of Boliney, (Ilokano: Ili ti Boliney; Tagalog: Bayan ng Boliney), is a 5th class municipality in the province of Abra, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 3,573 people.[3]
Boliney is bounded to the north by Sallapadan, Bucloc, and Daguioman, to the east by Tubo and the provinces of Kalinga and Mountain Province, and to the west by of Luba and Manabo.
