Fort Shafter – Youth Centers

The Youth Centers provide activities for youth typically in grades 6-12. Through formal partnerships with nationally-recognized youth-serving organizations such as 4-H and Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA). Serves as the installation subject matter expert (SME) for youth education/school transition issues. Inform and advise commanders and parents on student education transition issues. Promote parent involvement in youth education and collaborate with local schools and installation.
