Special Emphasis Progam Monitor

The Special Emphasis Program Monitor (SEPM) is appointed to serve as a subject matter expert on various issues affecting barriers to employment based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, and reprisal. The SEPM will be to assist the manager and supervisor by providing advice to ensure compliance with the law.
