Concourse West Fitness Center - Naval Base Bremerton

At Naval Base Kitsap-Bremerton, the Concourse West Fitness Center offers a full gymnasium, state-of-the-art weight room with a large selection of free weights, cardiovascular exercise areas, Selectorized equipment and adult sports programs. Available are five racquetball courts, two basketball courts and a multipurpose and boxing room. Exercise classes and equipment orientations are available, and schedules are posted.

Towels and sporting equipment may be checked out at the front desk. The facility has locker rooms with showers and dry saunas. Reservations for the use of the outdoor ball fields and racquetball courts may be made at the Fitness Center desk.

Inside the Fitness Complex, the Concourse West Pool offers a well-rounded aquatics program of swimming lessons, exercise classes and American Red Cross Water Safety classes, as well as recreational swimming and lap swim. Adjacent to the pool, you will find a spa to relax in after a good workout. To contact the pool, call 476-9416. Next to the gym in Building 502 is a family-friendly fitness center designed to allow parents to work out while supervising their children.
