Provides support to the overall quality of life for the single soldier by: identifying quality of life issues and concerns by recommending improvements through the chain of command; encouraging and assisting single soldiers in identifying and planning recreational and leisure activities; and allowing single soldiers the opportunity to participate and contribute to the local civilian community.
