While dog parks are currently open, we ask that you maintain recommended social distancing guidelines when visiting.

Regulations at JBLM state that owners must control their pets in such a manner as to prevent them from becoming a nuisance to other members of the installation. Control is defined as control by leash or positive voice control.

The dog park is available to all authorized DoD ID cardholders to use, and can not be rented out for private use. Please clean up after your pets.

Lewis Dog Park is located at Lewis Main just inside the DuPont Gate, south of the Auto Crafts Center. Travel south on West Way, turn left onto West Washington Street, then immediately left onto Everett Street. After crossing Hanna Drive, veer left back onto West Way. The dog park is on the left side of the road. There is no water spout available, please bring your own water.

McChord Field Dog Park features a grassy off-leash dog park with benches located at Perimeter Road and Lincoln Blvd. directly north of the intersection. There is no fenced in area or water available. Dog owners also enjoy walking their leashed dogs to or from Holiday Park along the wide, paved jogging path. See the memorial for military working dogs.
