The Hart-Dole-Inouye Federal Center Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Program was established in 1991 as a result of high customer demand.

What was once a ticketing and registration office, has expanded today to include a Fitness Center, Family Advocacy Program, Child and Youth Program, Relocation Assistance, Leisure Travel Services, ITR Gift Shop, Equipment Checkout, and an Intramural Sports Program.

In a tenure that has spanned over two decades, the Battle Creek FMWR team has been continuously recognized for their overall operations excellence in support of the Federal Center customers and surrounding Military Communities.
