311th IMO responsibilities include: Implementing and coordinating the maintenance of Windows 10 systems; imaging/reimaging Windows 10 systems; installing/configuring AGM baseline and above baseline application software, ensuring systems are updated and patched. Overseeing PC-LAN hardware and upgrades; ensuring timely life cycle replacement of outdated systems. Maintaining inventory of hardware, software, and licensing. Providing technical advice and training to users in the Command. Managing the Command’s Active Directory (AD) accounts, security group memberships, email distribution groups and group mailboxes. Coordinating and working with the local Network Enterprise Center (NEC) IT systems and network administrators for support. Reviewing and preparing requests for the acquisition or disposition of equipment; ensuring that the equipment is compatible and interoperable. Planning, coordinating, and providing IT support for Command VTC’s. Responsible for managing and troubleshooting the Command’s mobile devices, Cisco VOIP phones/switches, and multi-functional devices. Providing Trusted Agent (TA) services for PKI Tokens and responsible for assisting Local Registration Authorities (LRA) in the registration, issuance, and maintenance of PKI tokens for the Command.
