We emphasize exceptional guest services each and every visit. We guarantee each guest receives two complimentary services with every hair appointment and leaves feeling refreshed.

We strongly believe in our service competency and product quality. Our stylists and spa technicians are highly competent and dedicated to excellence and stand behind every service with a guarantee of satisfaction.

All of our team members have progressed through our in-salon/spa educational program and continue their growth by attending advanced education and training three or more times per year.

Our business model is employee-centric, team-oriented, and sustainable, which translates to exceptional guest services through teamwork and a unified dedication to work from enthusiastic employees.

Policy

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please plan to arrive about 30 minutes early if having multiple spa treatments to complete intake forms and begin your re­laxation process with some Aveda comforting tea. Arriving late may cause your service or treatment time to be decreased. All reserva­tions will end at their scheduled time to not delay the next guest.

We understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable and may require cancellation. However, your time is valuable and so is that of our service providers. Out of respect for their time and income, we request a 24-hour notice for any cancellation or reservation changes. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost if the time cannot be filled from our waiting list. No-shows without a call will incur 100% of the total service cost. Any abuses of this policy will result in needing to secure your future appointments with a credit card.

Salon and spa reservations with a service total of $150 or more, and spa packages require a valid credit card or gift certificate number at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Cancellations on spa packages and parties require a 48-hour cancellation notice to avoid a 50% cancellation charge. All major credit cards are accepted. Sorry, no checks accepted.
