The Military Justice Division is also responsible for processing all court-martial, Articles 15s, and administrative disciplinary matters.

VICTIM ASSISTANCE

The Victim and Witness Assistance Program is a Commander-directed program that is supported by the Staff Judge Advocate Office. Are you under investigation or subject to adverse action?

The Area Defense Counsel provides confidential, independent legal representation for service members who are facing adverse administrative actions or are suspected of committing an offense under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. The Area Defense Counsel falls outside the chain of command for the wing, and therefore retains independence in the representation of service members.

Special Victims Counsel are experienced, independent judge advocates who provide confidential legal advice to victims of sexual assault.
