Minalabac, officially the Municipality of Minalabac, is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Camarines Sur, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 52,390 people.[3]
It is known for the so-called "Tumatarok ni San Felipe-Santiago" dance festival where young boys aged 10 to 12 years old performed the dance ritual.
