Naval Hospital Oak Harbor - Optometry

The Optometry Clinic provides comprehensive optometric care to Active Duty and Diebetic Prime Patients.

Usually we see all Prime patients but until we get a second provider in February 2016 we are only open to the above. Services include:

Routine Eye Exams Diabetic Eye Exams Primary Eye Care Select Ocular disease Care Contact lens services: Provides support for the Aviation Contact Lens Program and other Navy mandated contact lens programs. All other contact lens services are provided on an individual basis (determined by the doctor).
