SARP, Naval Hospital Oak Harbor, is the point of service for all active duty members in the NAS Whidbey Island area. We perform substance use screenings for potential alcohol and drug problems among all active duty members at all host and tenant commands aboard this station. SARP also provides IMPACT education, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment. SARP also case manages substance use disorder treatment in concert with Naval Hospitals Bremerton, Washington and Point Loma, California. We provide ongoing continuing care support for patients treated at those facilities and who transfer in from other duty stations and require ongoing support. We perform educational support for commands and work closely with Command Drug and Alcohol Program Administrators (DAPA’s) to provide care. SARP, Naval Hospital Oak Harbor is also a Washington State certified substance abuse program and we are able to provide all required state mandated DUI assessments, education, and treatment for active duty. To access services at SARP please contact your command DAPA or email us at: SARP.
