The Liberty program is for single E1-E6 active-duty service members and geographic bachelors. Each person is allowed to bring one guest 18 years and older. The center is an alcohol- and tobacco-free facility designed to be the Sailor’s “home away from home.” It features televisions, a lounge area, pool table, free WiFi, computer stations, hundres of movies and video games.

The program offers in-house activities such as pool tournaments, free barbecue cookouts and life skills workshop, and weekly off-base activities and trips including baseball and football games, paintball, skiing, shopping, diner outings, whitewater rafting and horseback riding. Liberty trips are usually low cost or free.
