Outdoor Equipment Rental - NSA Bahrain

There is a myriad of recreational, sporting and leisure equipment and gear available for checkout. Check out items are subject to a nominal fee. Inquire, reserve and pay for your recreation rentals at the Community Recreation Office in the Freedom Souq.

OUTDOOR RECREATION POLICIES:

-Customers must present their Military/DOD ID -Payment is due at the time reservation is made -Refunds only available with 2 days/48 hour notice from event/pick-up date -Equipment check-out form must be filled out completely with correct information -Equipment must be returned in “READY TO USE” condition (packed and cleaned properly) -Cleaning fees may apply -Items returned damaged, lost, and or stolen will have replacement/damage fee applied -MWR is not liable for injuries caused while equipment is in customer’s possession -Fees will be charged for each day equipment is in customer’s possession (unless weekly/weekend rate is applied)

RESERVATION POLICY:

-ODR items are on a first-come, first-serve basis -Reservations are made once the item(s) are paid for -Customer can reserve item(s) up to 3 weeks prior to event/pick-up date -Refunds only available with 2 days/48 hour notice from event/pick-up time

RATES:

• Daily Rate: 24 hours
• Weekend: Checkout on Thursday, return Sunday for 1 daily rate fee
• Weekly Rate: charged 4 days and keep for 7 days!
